As BOTA students, we learn Qabalist's principles we then use for participation in facilitation of the Divine Plan at the level of the microcosm, and eventually the macrocosm. We learn the plan is for all human existence to live by the Golden Rule -- automatically-- meaning: second nature, without thinking about it-- just naturally behaving with consideration toward anyone as we would like to be considered. There is more to the Divine Plan, but it starts here. The rest will come naturally to all humanity with help again from the Inner Order. Currently the first stage of spiritual unfoldment for all humanity is in progress: Liberty; Freedom from bondage. (See T. I.R.O. chapter 10.) A little known story was barely mentioned by *The Chicago Tribune* on August 7 relevant to the progress of peace by bringing Iran into the peace movement. It mentions what I recognized as the most important statement from a U.S. President that has not been expressed by any other U.S. President. The President not only expressed it but tweeted it just so that people like me are to notice. As the Tribune story was all about Iranian leaders bashing the U.S. President, Trump replied: ""I am asking for WORLD PEACE, nothing less!" What do we learn from Seven Steps about which stage of the plan for world Peace we are in now? We are in the stage subsequent to the stage of silence. We are in the stage after the clear mental image has been established, when we are recruiting appropriate partners who have manner for supporting. or have something to contribute, to the plan. In this stage more and more people and resources become involved. Eventually, this stage becomes known to so many people that it becomes common knowledge. It is now common knowledge that the goal of this administration in U.S. history is "world peace." Last year the stage we were in was only perceivable to the few of us on earth who have-- during our lifetimes, become aware of the seven steps. Of course BOTA does not have a monopoly on the principles behind how creation is manifested. But the creation of world peace is being managed by only one source, what we know as the Inner Order. They have been working on the Divine Plan all along. Through the Inner School, they assure that the details of Seven Steps are taught to us so that we, too, may observe, understand and contribute something to the effort. We know that the Golden Rule is the end result, and after we master it at the level of the microcosm, we have our responsibility to humanity to: " . . .lift all others unto thee, Oh Lord of the Universe." The numbers of members of humanity engaged in "lifting" has been growing at an exponential rate during our lifetime-- many of the boomers-- souls with personalities imprinted with the need for peace from world wars lived during previous incarnations. (Not all of us want to return each life as soldiers.) As I neared my fifth birthday, my father told me that he was going to go fight in the Korean war. I didn't know what fight meant, nor what a war was. But I remember feeling fear of that word, "war." Dad was not gone long and returned home safe a few months later. I don't remember "war" ever being discussed by my parents. But I remember being told about it in first grade at Catholic School, relevant to the war in Bolivia. As I got older, the one question about life that bothered me more than any was, "why do we have wars"?. My teenage years were spent preparing for the reality that when I graduated from High School that I would be sent to the Vietnam war. We didn't know why. We were not told the truth about the "why." Irony that bothered me immensely at the time had to do with that fact that we were taught that our "boomer generation" -- a population boom, was a result of the aftermath of a war during which so many people were killed. The Vietnam war was where boomers had to go get killed or maimed in this incarnation, too. There were soldiers in the Persian Gulf wars that in previous their lives had been in Vietnam and in WW2 before that, and the American Civil War before that, and the American revolution war before that. (Live by the sword, die by the sword? and reincarnate with a sword.) I had managed to live from childhood through to adulthood without being able to find out why we have wars. By the time that I had started BOTA at 30, I still had not known the truth about why we go to war. Of course I had heard and read a lot of reasons by then --which in hindsight I realized later were lies or theories-- not the real reasons. There are people who know very well why we have wars, but it is for none of the reasons that have ever been published. The people who know what the reason is, keep it to themselves-- not so much to keep it a secret, as much as just being incapable of discussion. In the mean time, the rest of us continuously try to solve the problems to end wars; but wars continue. The most popular known thinkers don't seem to be revealing any truth about why we have wars. It makes me wonder if they actually know, or if they are just mouthpieces for the war lords. Obviously there has been something preventing the world from ending wars, someone must know. To solve this seeming riddle, we may find the answer among the principles we are taught. Something exists because it fills a need. More simply explained, the needs exist because human brains/imaginations are using their powers to visualize obtainment of needs. Animals are not visualizing war. Neither are masters of wisdom. That just leaves the human beings. Fortunately not all of us are visualizing war. But there are enough people visualizing war to cause war to fill the need that visualizations create. War strategists are the most potent of the visualizers. They usually achieve high ranks for their ability to visualize and implement war successes. They attract soldiers into their sphere of influence also so capable of "seeing" victory results. One manner by which war would come to a screeching, albeit temporary halt would be by simply unemploying every soldier of every rank. Let them visualize a hefty unemployment check. Few if any would be visualizing war strategies for some period of time. All economy would temporarily collapse. Soldiers temporarily would have no jobs or income. Millions of people who had been in a war habit and war consciousness would go crazy with nothing to do. The cost of major rehabilitation would bankrupt every economy. An obvious solution at that hypothetical point would be a return to war and likely never again try that strategy. That leaves the removal of the need for war as the only solution to peace. But to remove the need for war, it is essential to fully discover every need that war fills. While we don't need to know them all for this discussion, we will be benefited by considering the primary covert, hidden and occult needs. Covertly, the need is for profit. Hidden are the people who profit most. Occult is the manner by which war is sustained. Occult is also the manner by which peace will come to prevail. Consider that occult forces "black magic" vs. "white magic" (Light vs. Dark) are equally opposite. All those representing the Inner Order that serves humanity are opposed by that element of the inner universe that is absent of conscience and absent of care or concern for humanity. By definition, the latter element can be regarded as corrupt. Obviously, the opposition to world peace has been an effort costly in time and resources, and human life. We have no reason to doubt that the Inner Order has been working on the issues relevant to the opposition for a long time. What is different now is that enough work has been completed and we are on the next step of progress-- removing the need for war. A covert obstacle is fear. Fear of war by the untrained human mind produces images of the very matter humans fear. Subconscious extrapolation on images fueled with fear manifests what subconscious extrapolates as a desired result. Fear of war helps keep wars fueled by visualization consequential to the act of worrying. People who are worrying about war are producing mental images of war that fuels war. The greater the emotion behind the images, the greater the potency of the "fuel." Ironically, profiteers of war fear peace. But, those who fear peace are not fueling peace with their visualizations of worries of peace. They either know better than to visualize peace, or they are too busy at war to visualize peace. Most are skilled at visualizing war and avoiding visualizations of peace. Regardless, not much emotion is likely to be felt by people worrying about world peace. World peace is too hard to imagine even by people working at it. We learn to discover that emotion is the fuel for manifestation of our visualizations. Therefore, we learn how to apply effort (meditation) to equilibrate our emotions. Also we learn to visualize desired results whenever having an emotion, positive or negative. Subconsciousness does not seem to know the difference between positive and negative emotions. Emotions, whether positive or negative is merely fuel for subconsciousness. Knowing this, we may train ourselves to substitute images of desired results for the old and established habitual images of our fears or undesired results. The need for war is being eliminated in the middle east. It has already been eliminated in North Korea. You don't know this because you are prevented from knowing by the remaining elements that thrive on war that are preventing news about the progress of peace by smothering and burying such news of peace under gossip and smut news. They even create fake news stories for the purpose of filling any remaining empty space between advertisements and commercials. There are other reasons that fake news is created. Essentially is is intended to get readers emotional and visualizing their fears. True that it sells advertising and commercials better than stories about how the world is getting better; but the main reason is to disturb emotional equilibrium. Fear of war helps their cause. Our work is to visualize our cause. Please join in visualizing World Peace whenever you are afraid about what appears to be happening throughout the world. Fraternally in the L.V.X., your frater, c
