   1. The use of open proxies are forbidden, anyone found using one will be
       KILL'd on the spot.
     a. The use of closed proxies such as bnc's are fine(If you need 
        exceptions, join #services please)

   2. If you feel a ban is invalid, you may email iotairc@yahoo.com
    or appeal at http://ur.cx/Wg2

   3. Not following the rules may result in various bans.

   4. We do have a bouncer channel for use on this network, #EliteBNC
    Though note, if you don't use one, you may not get much in the 
    way of support/help on this network. Though we do not force you 
    to use a bouncer, we only provide the service and support,
    If you have any questions, let Iota/God know somewhere on the net.
    a. We also have the bnc4free Service on this network, you may also get 
          support/request as well for this in #bnc4free or #bnchelp
