Graduating from Tennyson High in 1976 and Chabot College with a degree in Administrative Justice. He was employed by J. Ken went to Holy Cross Episcopal Church with his wife, Ferol-Jeanne. He enjoyed all sports and at one time was the coach of the J. Over the years he has played basketball and golf. He also enjoyed movies, reading and his computer. He leaves behind his loving wife, Ferol-Jeanne Hooper Brown, his two feline children, Tassy and Brandy and his mother-in-law, Joyce Hooper of Hayward. He also leaves behind two little nephews that he adored, Matthew and Kenny his name sake and their mother, sister-in-law, Stella Brown of Sacramento. Returning home to Trinidad, he became the Business Manager for Tinidad State Jr. College until 1950, when he was once again called to serve his country by the Navy, during the Korean War. In 1958 he retired from the Navy as a Commander and returned to education. He was hired as Principal, 8th grade teacher and bus driver for Independent and Palomares Elementary Schools in Castro Valley and served for 11 years. He then transferred to Stanton Hill Elementary, where the Library was named for him upon his retirement in 1972. He and Jean traveled extensively in their motorhome until her death in 1995. In 2001, he moved to Auburn, CA to be close to his children.
