Well, my brothers close friend actually worked at that agency as a Kremlin bot and then told us something about what it
really is.He was working in a department that was "hacking ° the American election and do other stuff in foreign Internet
cuz he speaks Eng really well (And when their actions was exposed by western media he even recognised some of the
names of the "hackers in Washington Post article Id) .The whole hacking thing was not about an actual hacking but
about some sort of social engineering: trolls were leaving comments in reddit,9gag,youtube and so on as an americans
and making points about how Trump is good and how democrats are really stupid,making a lot of fake conversations and
arguments between themselves that was followed by the real americans later and all that stuff possibly could have some
influence on the elections cause there was like hundreds of thousands of their fake accounts by hudreds of people.
And also that was a department based on the russian internet which was explained correctly by Roman.
