1. I relate better with younger kids and older adults (this probably explains why my SO is 20 years older than me), but I feel like a total alien among my peer group and teens through to 30's are pretty hard for me to relate with. When it comes to kids, I vividly remember being that young and how exciting the world looked from that perspective. I think most adults just forget what it's like to be a kid whereas I'm like "Yes, your dinosaur toy is totally awesome, let's go find something for it to eat!" Ironically I don't think I could ever work with kids because I feel too much like a kid myself, and therefore do not feel like I have any authority over them. I'd probably get caught up in their games and forget to enforce rules or discipline and look to other adults to tell me what to do lol.
