4. I'm releasing this Pastebin in hopes of the public seeing this in order to protect others from this person. This Pastebin is in regards to a girl out of Blaine, Washington "Tara Dozier". Tara Dozier is a 34 year old women that mainly exists online due to the fact that her whole state, work, and family have shunned her due to the fact of her heroin, meth, coke and other extreme drug use, as well as 2 ex boyfriends being known and convicted drug smugglers across Canada and Washington State. The only family Tara Dozier has is her mom Gail Ginther, and her father Robert Ginther. Tara works a very low paying call center job and lives with both of her parents at age 34 with two kids age 3, and 6. Tara was fired from her last job at a chocolate factory because she feels the need to stir up drama online and provokes people into targeting her. Tara is a pro-manipulator and has perfected her methods in order to gain pity and make people feel like she is the victim when in reality she is the one who targets the users first. Tara's "efam" she likes to call consists of pedophiles that want to meet her in real life for a quick "hook up" due to the fact that she flatters them with cheap $2 hooker nudes. The main reason this paste is released is so that people can hopefully take a stand because the few voices that have raised concern have not done anything to stop her behavior. The "behavior" I am talking about in this paste is the fact that she has 2 very young kids who have been living at their mom's, moms house being sheltered in a room while "Panda" aka Tara Dozier sits online and sexts these very creepy men. Tara not only has failed to pay local meth dealers, but she is constantly up at 1am bar hopping looking to hook up with men who want to fulfill her rape fantasy. (Her shady pics will be at the end of this paste). Since Tara is very dirty she has to resort to the internet in hopes of finding her right "man". She currently is in contact with a guy out of NYC who is interested in "pimping these hoes", and "exploiting them sexually". He recruits "slutty" girls over the internet into doing adult cam shows in order to profit. The dangerous fact is that Tara often wants these men to come and drive to her, for a quick fuck in a cheap motel room and use illicit drugs with them. This "man" that she is currently interested in is one of the 12 she talks too. Right now her behavior is wrong and very selfish but her kids I would say are currently "safe". The problem occurs when she finally has enough money to buy her own place and take her two very young kids with her. The unsafe factor comes in now because she has a place to now house these "men" who are interested in driving across the country, and the fact that it is all desperate single men who pretty much stalk other girls on social media. This is now subjecting her two very young FEMALE kids to strange men, and due to the fact that she is under the influence most of the time indicates that she is not watching her kids all of the time. Anyway the main release of this is the fact that she is a predator. Tara Dozier is 34 years old and is interested in younger boys age 14-16. She has told 6 of my fake accounts several "younger" ages in order to not sound weird...these ages consist of 20,22,25, and 28 as the oldest. Sure it's the internet, but the point of it is when it starts to become sexual with people not even 2x your age. I ran a public discord as did she and I would constantly bring my friends in (the younger ones), and several times when I head to bed I get on the next morning and find out she has been sexting each one of them and sending out her nudes. She likes to call these young ones her "sons" and has even added a very young 14 year old to her personal Facebook. What does a 34 year old have interest in a 14 year old so bad that they add him on Facebook? Tara Dozier is a pro manipulator and has perfected that skill. She follows a wide variety of people with different interest at first it was republican, then democrat, then cop haters, now the #BlackLivesMatter movement..she will do this and will get good at perfecting the "view" in order to make more friends. Then she takes that audience and tells a huge story about how she was "victimized" because of her "views" when in reality she has provoked people by backstabbing, and name dropping. She has her local police on her side, she has Child Protection Services on her side + many more. Tara gets people (always men, maybe like 2 girls) on her side by sending them nudes, sexting them, and flattering them about their personality, looks, and "intelligence". When CPS visits her home she cries, she acts like shes the one targeted and how she did nothing wrong when in reality its actual considered people contacting CPS to help save her kids yet nothing has happened. Help protect young kids and other vulnerable adults from being manipulated by her. Spread the word about this terrible person.
