  6. We’ve reached a difficult decision: Due to unforeseen delays in the development, we are not going to deliver the ZOE in the current form and all contributors will be refunded.

  8. As we mentioned in our last campaign updates, we’re working with partners to get ZOE to market. In the last weeks we have had to postpone our cooperation with one of them, due to unforeseen delays in the development of an essential technical component. As this cooperation is of such importance in ZOE, and looking for an alternative solution is currently not an option, we’ve taken the difficult decision of refunding all contributors. It's the only correct and fair thing to do, because we currently can’t foresee an acceptable timeline until delivery. We don't take this step lightly, as we expect ZOE to have a great impact in bringing independence into everybody's home. Let me say this for myself and our team: We're immensely thankful for your support and your awesome feedback, and we're doing everything possible to one day bring ZOE to market in the quality you contributors deserve.

  10. Refunding process - ACTION NEEDED

  12. In short you'll be receiving a survey in which you'll be able to place your refund request and choose a transaction type depending where you're based.

  14. EU-Based contributors will have the option to choose between SEPA (Bank) transfer and PayPal payment.
  15. US-Based contributors will be able to choose between bank transfer and PayPal payment.
  16. Rest of world will receive the funds over PayPal payment.
  17. We'll soon start sending out the refunds to all the contributors who have filled out the refund-request survey. So don't let time fly and please do fill out the survey as soon as you can.

  19. As I said before, ZOE is alive and we'll keep on working on getting her to market. We will send all our current contributors an email with a special discount for when we re-launch ZOE. You can also subscribe here if you want to have ZOE-news and make sure you stay in the loop.
